This is a one-day training course and is approximately six hours long. The course is designed to give you
the skills needed to protect yourself and others. The course is about 6 hours (to be completed in one
The training is comprised of real world tactics and reality-based defense. The course format is structured to
train you in the same way that we train the professionals. You will be
training in both defensive and offensive tactics.
This training course will cover both the physical and mental elements used while faced with any type
of violent encounter. The training will also provide you with various force options depending on the type of
encounter which you may be faced with.

The training will be based on T.R.I. system (Training – Response – Inoculation) and allows a high level
of training to students in the shortest amount of time possible.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate as a documentation of their training.
To provide the highest quality of training possible, there is a limit of ten students
(maximum) to attend this course at one time.
Students need to wear gym type clothing and long pants are recommended. Student should bring water and any refreshments they may need during training.
When physical training is involved there is always a risk of injury to its participants as result of the
training. This is a physical training course and to attend this course
you should be in good physical condition and have no existing injuries.
